It sounds like a Fuzz Face with the input starved. 

The layout is a single knob that by pushing, holding 

or turning switches between 4 voices each with a 

distinct fixed sound. 

    CONCLUSION ___

It appears to be a Josh Smith signature pedal?

To be honest 'poly' looked like a company that 

was going to lay on hype with a trowel. But if 

nothing else this looks like a killer boost pedal 

to push other pedals or an amp and add punch, 

balz, definition, character and breadth.  

Simply put ...impressive!
