It is as it says a Black Russian Muff. It does however have those missing Mids added that all Muffs lack.The Layout is Volume, Tone and Gain with that Mid boost.
CONCLUSION __
It sounds very impressive. All Daytronyx dirt pedals have a verysmooth sounding distortion, very Overdrive like and never openor gritty. I feel it is neither bad nor good just a choice. It is nota Fuzz for the aficionado with that Valcro, sandpaper grit thing. It is very reasonably priced for a handmade pedal that when flipped open looks even better inside than out!!!

It is OK but neither accurate to the original nor a bargain. If you want virtually this same kind of sound then the Movall Interplanetary is ideal and it is $35.00 USD with free shipping.
