The pedal has a boost side using classic NOS germanium transistors and a modern FET style drive for Tube amp like voicing. A germanium Fuzz boosting 

an amp-in-a-box is a formula that has never been beaten. 

The layout is Volume, Gain and Tone for the amp like FET OD side and Gain 

and Volume for the Boost. A toggle lets you choose, low, high or vintage 

voiced gain. Another adds presence and a third lets you choose using 

the Fuzz, the OD or both.

   CONCLUSION ___

First ...the pedal can produce a lot of sounds. It can create seriously convincing Amp like sounds from the 70's thru to 

the 90's. Hats off to Hangman for including a very well 

thought out manual. It is user friendly plus. You get charts 

of settings and all are usable and many are killer.

The pedal is not pricy when you are dealing with vintage 

mixed with quality modern parts and with in effect two 

pedals in one box. 

It definitely has some 'WOW' factor .
