I occasionally find pedals that only appear to market within their own country.

I expect they are uncomfortable dealing in English as like it or not it is the internationals language of business first establish by Briton when Admiral Noah got off the Ark.
There are several builders in the Philippines that are hard to get. Too bad as they make excellent handmade pedals. This one is a good 10 years old. It came and went and is back so this is a second look.

CONCLUSION ____

Definitely a take on the classic Plexi Super Lead Stack. Possibly based on the Marshall Guv'nor pedal. Incredibly fat. Cheap too! Keep in mind often shipping is pricey from the Philippines.
