OVERDRIVE- ANALOG ALIEN Bucket Seat ... MIAB no sugar added !!!

ANALOG ALIEN
 |BUCKET SEAT
$200.00 USD
Good ol' Joe Walsh put these guys on the map 10 years ago when they made him pedals. They focus on pedals that capture 60's, 70's and 80's sounds.
They really were not interested in a modern take with the contemporary beep up like we have now.The pedal is no nonsense take on a '69 Plexi. it is their 'dirt side' of their 10 year old Rumble seat pedal that added lo-fi verb.
No modern beep ups just the full open Crunch that the simple single channel amp provided.
The layout is simple with output, tone and gain.
The gain responds like the amp pushing the dirt but smoothing out the highs as you crank it. Like the amp the pedal is very responsive to your touch both with dynamics and saturation.
CONCLUSION
Years back most OD's were in this camp and they are now defunct. In a world of overkill with the market demanding more gain more dirt and just plain 'more' this is a very refreshing sound. Not only great for vintage
music but ideal for the inevitable sounds that 'must' serve well behind
any vocals going on.
NOTE: Go to 24:37 on video one first ...the others
are old vids with a bit boomy or muddy recording.
