TONE CITY FUXX FUZZ
An octave Fuzz with an early Hendrix vibe. Designed by J.Wong in 2010 and is the companies biggest selling pedal. The goal of the company was to make affordable pedals that were not dumbed down by nickel and diming a design that would be $30 by other Chinese makers and crap but at $50 could give you a $200 sound. A few pedals they make nail it but the others miss the target.
CONCLUSION
It does not put out the sub like lows like the big boys but it has balz and a great in your face sound if you open up the tone. With the octave switch flipped on it is beautifully nasty you get a serious attack and richer mids.
If I did not already have two octave Fuzz gems I would
get it right now!
