DIGITECH/DOD BOUGHT BY COR-TEK CORP.
Cor-Tek are an American company that have been in biz since 1960 as importers but started their own guitar brand Cort in 1973. Starting in Japan, then moving to Korea but are now in Indonesia. They have excellent high tech facilities that employ 2000 workers. They also make the PRS SE line. Both Japanese and many American brand names have them make their budget line guitars as well. Since Lexicon is tied into Digitech it is probable that they own that too. They have facilities in both Korea and China so it is likely that their pedals will be made in Asia.
At this point everything is guess work. The original online site is still up but all but a handful of pedals have been sold out and were removed from the listings in just the last week. The very few pedals still up on the site have had the 'buy' and list of credit cards etc. removed so you can not get them.
