Why would you want a pedal that only made one single echo??? I have to mention from the get go I have an old

Analog Delay that I use for just that. The big deal is not that it adds an earthy ambience to your sound. It does but the really big deal is it fattens!!! 
Yes it fattens your sound substantially. It also melts into your guitar sound when using dirt to the point you can put it through another Delay and it does not sound like a delay going through a Delay but just a fat guitar sound.  

 

CONCLUSION __  

It is a nice enough pedal but most analog 

Delays will do the job. Not only that if you 

are only going to use it for a single repeat 

than do what I did and use a cheap 

mini pedal. Eight years ago I bought a 

Mighty Sound M5 Delay for $24.00 USD.
