The master of nailing an exact model of a MIAB is back. This time we get Marshalls first master volume amp. In the late 70's Marshall brought outthe 2203 and it was followed by the 2204. It is a favorite of Lawrence'sso he has owned one for years. The layout is Treble, Mids, Bass, Master Volume. Presence and Preamp.A toggle gives a choice of 3 bright caps as the different models and yearmade used different caps.
CONCLUSION __As expected Lawrence has nailed the sound. What you can not hear is the detail in theovertones as they do not jump out at youlike they do when you actually play the pedal. You also need to play an LPD Pedal to knowthey all have the 'feel' of a real tube amp.
thefineprintwas really a prototype with hand written graphics. Oddly this pedal soundsvery similar to it. The bottom line is the 79 isn't an option ...I NEED this pedal, LOL.
