There are several SUNN Model T -in-a-box pedals. Most are pricy and some include a Rat pedal voice in the pedal as guys who started the Doom genre often use the Rat like a Thrash player uses a Tone Screamer TS9.

The layout is simple just one knob. It is a gain knob. If it is left all but off the Model T is on its own so turning it up adds the Rat grit. Inside the box is a trim knob for overall output.

CONNCLUSION

It's biggest competitor is the $150.00 Earthquacker California Gold. A Model T minus the Rat with one knob too. It's one knob is a volume knob.
