87 SERIES OCTAVE FUZZ

Take an MXR Blue Box and a Proco Rat and mix well. Sprinkle on one silicon and one germanium diode then solder until done.
Add one knob to make loud or to not make not so loud.

An octave Fuzz it isn't in any meaningful way either octave up or down. Mammoth low end Fuzz, yes.

CONCLUSION
A basic Doom and other related noise in a box. A love, or leave it pedal. I just ordered a Earthquacker Acapulco Gold ...

SUNN Model T amp-in-a-Box. Same only different. So I will pass. BUT ...it sounds very good and is priced right.

Looking forward to your hands on with the Earthquacker Acapulco Gold as it's been mentioned a lot posts on this site (for good reason).

I ordered one mint for a good price on Sept 8 but It is not due until Sept 20. Oddly enough because of forest fires forcing it to be shipped in a very indirect way :-(
