I am all but exasperated. What we get yet again is being presented with another 'miracle' dual box aimed at the ultimate transparent OD 'clean with a trace of hair' and a 'just before breakup' in-a-box. Is this the absolutely 'perfect shade of grey'???

As for Klons there are blindfold videos where the difference between an average Klon clone and the real one are compared. It borders on farce. There is always one or two that get a 9.95 out of 10. If they had to compare judge played on a tune in a band the difference would be less than zero.

Might I underline no two Dumble amps were the same. 

They started life using the Fender Bassman's topography/schematic and were tweaked for weeks until the buyer was happy. 

The finished vibe was a something that could pass as a Marshall JTM45 and a Fender Deluxe.

CONCLUSION

Forget my thoughts on the pedal. Crazy T. C. has a very, very good rep of making pedals that are robust and usable. They are loved by players that are more likely to be very skilled artisans but seldom artists. In short they do session work or tour with solo artists with hit pop records. They are NEVER trying to find 'THEIR' sound but want pedals that will cover all sounds as required.
