An unusual pedal as it tries and pulls off the sounds of the old school small amps of the late 40's and 50's amps.
The obvious being the Fender Tweed amps but others like the Gibson and the Chicago area amp makers like National, McKinney, Harmony, Valco, Airline, Harmony and Supro still persist to survive in recording studios for their big 'small sound'.
The layout is as simple as the amps it mimics with gain, level, treble and bass controls. The EQ is active and can give you some really sweet highs. The lows are voiced to suggest small speakers when off but as you push it goes into 10" then 12" speaker voicings.
CONCLUSION
It quite simply sounds killer. Definitely a candidate
for a Blues or Americana player.
