In 1987 Peavey brought out a Marshall derivative the Peavey VTM 60/120 watt amps. They had what one refers to today as the Jose mods. The sound is now considered harsh but it cut like rusty knife in a time when radio rock was full of Hard Rock tunes.
The layout gives you Pre and Post with a normal Bass, Mids and Treble then you get a series of DIP switches to bring on the Jose mods.
CONCLUSION ___
Before you think this is totally not your sound you might want to think of it is a fresh alternative of a sound to use where you would use a Fuzz either as a cool on your face or stacked on a more mellow Overdrive. I love it!!!

They make the parts used in the many new companies making guitars under $500 but spec and play like guitars that only 5 years ago would be $1200. They have now
turned to making pedals.
CONCLUSION ___
Yes it is a bit of wait and see but the first pedal the FLEOR FAP-FZ Boost Fuzz is a '69 Silicon spec with an added Boost is a welcome addition to the 'new affordables'
in a time when overnight all music gear has on average
