This first came out 6 years ago called the Rowin 313 Phaser. 

It is a rebranded defunct Joyo Nano pedal. This version I am sure will disappear if Rowin comply with the cease and desist letter from MXR's lawyers for literally stealing the 

name, lol.

The layout is Speed and a toggle labeled Vintage or Modern. Modern is simply Vintage louder, lol, but so is the MXR, lol.

     CONCLUSION __ 

It is a usable no bells and whistles unit. Do not ask me me about the the mini Rowin it is not better but if you prefer the look go for it. They both lack the crisp clarity 

of the MXR. If on a budget but need that MXR thing 

then get the $115.00 USD MXR Phase 95. Dave Friedman literally told me to get one. He uses one on his board. 

He is right, lol. I have had mine for years.

What can anyone say about a 3 knob Tube Screamer that has 

not been said? There are hundreds. The latest trend is not to 

improve the so-called weaknesses of weak bass & the excess 

of the upper mid boost but to allow you to cover all 3 versions 

or even do a transformation of turning it into both Brit amp-ish 

medium gain Crunch and a high gain Metal pedal as well. 

     CONCLUSION __

The build and quality are stellar. It is a love it or 

move on choice. For a cheap but pro the $40.00

This is the 3rd spinoff since JHS and E-H got together to make the V.2 Big Muff.

The original was designed by Bob Myers. It is a long story but 

he also designed a second OpAmp model that was never made.

He is in his 90's but he still has the plans and bits and pieces of the prototype. Last year all pitched in and out came a standard edition of the unit quickly followed by smaller size basic model and now we get the original but with a Wicker Mod. It bypasses some capacitors from the original circuitry and the pedal boosts the highs and adds a lot of bite. 

The layout is Volume, Tone and Gain. A toggle bypasses the tone for an open raw sound. A toggle for the Wicker voice allows for Full or Half.

            CONCLUSION __

This is the one to get if as you are getting the original 

one with the very usable extras off. E-H have resisted 

charging you extra for the hype etc.

the price is very fair.

First lets get its degree out of the way. It is a very well made pedal 

that Mooer make and sell or have sold with their own brand printed 

on the casing. They also take that same pedal and supply them to 

at last count 36 other brands.In short the only difference are the 

graphics and sometimes the paint color. 

It is so-called Dumble-in-a-Box. Like the real Dumble amps no two 

brands are alike, LOL. The layout is Volume, Gain,Tone & Voice. 

Voice being a mids sweep mostly thru the upper mids.

    CONCLUSION ___

It has been around for over 10 years.

Back then Mooer sold theirs for $60 

as the Rumble Drive. If they still sold

it ...it would, could should be $80, 😲

At $15 all you have to decide is if 

you like it. You do not have to love it, 😇

Version one was about 20 years ago. Back then all the Mad pedals 

were handmade. This one is too but that is because the new owners 

are putting every effort into bringing the company back into a leading 

role in the present. Recent new versions releases have been damn impressive.

I am sure this pedal 20 years ago started life from the topography 

of a Tube Screamer.

The layout is a simple Volume, Gain but the overall tone is fixed 

and we get Body which is in all probability a mids sweep boost.

            CONCLUSION ___

Nothing wrong with this pedal. The pedal may be 

worth every penny but at a hundred less of the hard 

earned other little green wonders there are a lot of 

other little green choices.

The company make many pedals and some are truly killer. Most of even those 

that are NOT handmade and are indeed cheaper or very, very much worth the 

price should get your intention. The Silver spring Reverb that Robben Ford has 

used for years is just perfect. The Sweet Honey should be checked out as well 

as the Royal Blue.

Yes a serious Vox-in-a-Box with a Brian May

touch. A Rangemaster Treble Booster.

The layout is very Vox amp. You get Master, Normal Volume, Top Boost, Tone cut a high pass filter, then Treble and Bass. 

The Rangemaster Boost has Volume, Boost and 

Range. 

      CONCLUSION __

It is very impressive as a main Brit pedal.

In short, instead of a MIAB or, hell 

have both, LOL.
