Usually made by Artec. In fact Artec are the largest manufacturer of pickups in the world. They can make anything to exact spec...their PAF was designed and approved of by Seth Lover himself.
It is virtually indistinguishable to the Seth Lover Duncan.

I was at a club and there were 2 guitarist an American and a Korean
shredding equally as good 
both 
wore Levi's and a white T
how could I tell them apart?
easy!!!!
their Strats were a different color! LOL

HEY ...next time you are at Bricks & Mortar check out a Reverend ...the fit and finish is mind blowingly good. Plug it in. WOW! The guitar's use mostly Korina wood like the original Gibson Flying V's. It is light but sounds amazing. It is also VERY X-pensive!!!!

But the guitars aren't. Probably the best value for your money on the planet!!!

One final note the Reeve's signature guitar has a touch that is as smooth as Teflon
and it stay's in tune. It is his own design. How cool is that!!! Listen to him play
He uses a whammy like Jeff Beck and gets sounds you can not figure out.
One of my fav players. An original & there are too few of those.
