no matter what Josh says he could not miss that the Browne
Amps Carbon was all about from day one making a Blues Breaker
pedal that was as transparent as possible. My Carbon is my most
used pedal because when I want a Clean sound I always have it on.
The layout is Volume, Gain, Tone and clean to add even more clean
back into the dirt and compression.
CONCLUSION _____
I had and used the Standard model with the toggle for
2 years. I hated it. If I set it up really clean it had artifacts
that sounded like little glitches. At best it sounded like a
crap clone of a Zen Drive!!!
OK ...If I had this Clean pedal I probably would have
never moved to the Carbon. But even so it is not
better than my Carbon.
