The company started in 2004. In 2015 they sold the biz to Cusack. 

The company was started to make a quality product for the gigging 

player at an affordable price. Oddly enough the same can be said 

about Cusack. Both companies do clones but both add their take 

on their pedals. So it is not and never was intended to be a dead 

copy. This pedal came out 9 years ago so it does have its fans.

The layout is Volume, Tone and Gain. A toggle adds a bit of 

low boost. 

                    CONCLUSION ___ 

It sounds good. To my mind the low settings on the

gain do not have the Klon's chime but the upper

settings have much better and more transparent

sound then a real Klon.
