MAE Mask Audio Experiments
SCREWS
It is an OpAmp octave Fuzz. Not any particular starting point was used like one of the classics. All such pedals work by feeding back the on coming signal. Think of it as a garden hose going thru a steel pipe attached to a
fire hydrant and some water will come out but the remainder has to go some where so the hose explodes, but the steel pipe lets it get out right beside but not through the hose's nozzle.
I bet that was more than you needed to know, LOL.
The layout is Volume, Gain and a toggle for Tone.
CONCLUSION ___
Still others give you the reigns so you have some control over the madness.
This pedal has a bit of the Fuzz Machine vibe where it is not into
any heavy low end thing. One of the tone settings scoops the mids
which will make what lows the pedal has but it is not like the old
Univox Super Fuzz that is much more heavy lows focused.
