The info on this Fuzz is vague. It is not a take on an obvious classic. 

I suspect it is an OpAmp Fuzz as much can be done by using diodes to be stacked, twinned and even supplied different voltage on the input not just 

the output. 

The layout to is not the usual. You have Volume on the output but you got an input control that acts like the volume on an old Tonebender causing less voltage to starve the input for gritty broken up sounds or even gating. 

Sustain is Fuzz pedal speak for Gain.

CONCLUSION ___ 

This unit is full of many pleasant surprises. You can get

nice Tonebender V.1 sounds, to a wall of sound, to a very  

near high gain OD. In short rough tones to creamy

smooth sounds and things between.
