Two copies of the same pedal. Neither company actually make anything. They are wholesalers/distributers.

Originally All of Rowins product were made by Mooer. It has me puzzled because none of the big players make a big pedal with 

2 in and 2 output jacks on the sides of the enclosures. Even so since there are tiny brands using this format that mostly sell Mooer mini rebrands my guess it is Mooer. 

The layout is in spite of the double speak is Volume, Treble, Mids, Bass and Gain. The Top boost? has its own level. 

If it means anything it could be a Rangemaster circuit. Carl Martin does the Plexi Ranger with this layout. It is not any Electro-Harmonix product not either of the Metal Muffs or indeed 

even the new big deal Hell Melter.  

CONCLUSION

It is a basic 80's 90's MIAB with a Jose mod etc. 

The voicing is quite good ...I could be wrong but 

it has a very grainy overlay to the sound. It might 

be Low Fi digital modeled pedal.

Fascinating enclosure a molded zinc alloy like a Hammond box but
custom made. Mooer does this stuff  for their modelers.
I have nothing but a hunch but it could be part of
the Behringer Corp. too.
