Yes this is a twist on the BOSS HM2 Metal pedal and the classic Super Fuzz.  

The layout is dead simple enough with Gain, Volume, Treble and Bass. 

 

CONCLUSION 

Well very nasty indeed, lol. It is about as Doomy as it gets 

but priced well and definitely worthy as an unnecessary but necessary extra sound to have if only just hear and there on your tunes.
