Panos Kourbis started making amps in Athens Greece years ago. It appears he now makes primarily pedals of which he now has a Plexi, JCM 800, another to give you both Brit and American sounds and a fourth is a high gain jobbie. The pre uses two 12Ax7 tubes and as you can note in the picture runs on mains to supply endless headroom to the pre.
CONCLUSION __
Well it sounds killer but it is also going through a 5150 power amp and half stack. No shortcuts here.The ideal pedal for a guy to put with his Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul or perhaps his Fender Custom Shop Strat, LOL.OK, OK my rant is done. Seriously if like the guy in the second video with a nice ol' Fender this could be ideal.
Yes a total splurge but maybe great to be able
to tote around even in a cab.
