This is a small company from Hong Kong that appears to cater mainly to the local market.
The layout is 2 volumes and 2 tone controls with two footswitches. You get 2 basic OD OpAmp/clipping diode pedals. Roughly based on some Maxon/Boss pedals topography.

CONCLUSION ___
Pathetic pedal? It is hard to say for sure from the ~~demo~~ demolition video. The same money will get you two half-decent Caline pedals.
