A simple silicon Fuzz.  Probably a Muff. The layout 

is Volume, Gain and a very effective BIAS control for 

grit and a bit of velco rip. 

CONCLUSION _

It looks a lot more upmarket than it is and

sounds damn good. Huge sound,

aggressive, good sustain and for all that!!!
