FUZZ- STRICH Jimi Fuzz ...a re-brand OpAmp jobbie with a Pro voice

 STRICH
 JIMI FUZZ
$35.00 USD
The company do not a have a site but can be found at Amazon or Temu It is a probable re-brand of a defunct Biyang. The brands that rebrand aways put the LED in a different place from each other on pedals with the MXR style Hammond 590b enclosures. Joyo for example has it left
of the footswitch. I expect good quality as they are still an old school family business. It is not a Fuzz Face in spite of being called a Jimi.
It is a generic Opamp with diodes. In this case germanium diodes.
The layout is a nice simple Volume, Gain and Tone.
            CONCLUSION ___
It is not far from a Rat's topography and with the right
diodes it can easily be produced with a Fuzz like voice.
As it is, it borders on a hardclipper OD. It is a squeaker
but it can hang onto the pro ladder with its finger nails.

  1. Just wanted to add that their Twister Flanger is DEFINITELY a deluxe electric mistress clone. The one I got was spot on but quieter than my Elady. I thought the Movall was as going to be a mistress clone but it isn’t. It can get in the ball park though. It has a width trimpot inside so I imagine It’s an FL-9 or whatever the others are. So was very excited to try the Movall Carlos Chorus after listing to demos because it sounded like a small clone on the video I heard. However the one I got was bad. It had a non stop ringing sound and also believe it wasn’t biased correctly because there was almost no slow chorus within the sweep or very very little.
