Rowin do not make pedals. The mini pedals are re-branded Mooer pedals a few are discontinued pedals others are still sold by Mooer. The Nano pedals are made by Joyo based off of their Iron Man series in this case the Molo-Trem.
It is impressive that it is optic pedal so it can do unusually authentic vintage Fender style trem. Nothing is better for a retro sound or when you want to back off the depth and use a slow sweep for a near etheral flavor to your sound.
A switch allows you get a totally different modern voicing that
can do stutter and Synth type effects.
CONCLUSION
Oddly enough Rowin offer the Trelicopter the mini Mooer trem as well. Even crazier it has not been renamed as Mooer call the their pedal the
Trelicopter too. Mooer ripped off the award winning Empress circuit.
Both Rowin pedals are the same price.
I could argued that although the 'Treli' only does the vintage
sound ...it is perhaps a bit sweeter. I own the 'Treli' and it does
the job but I might get more use from the pedal if I had the
modern sounds too.
In short there isn't a bad choice no mater which you buy.
